If you do agree with me then it will be a good idea to take a look at EaseUS Partition Master 10.5, it is a free tool that can do disk partition, creation, merge/split, copy, data recovery and even migrating your OS to a SSD/HDD. But if your PC is a personal one then it might not make much sense to spend so much to do these tasks. To do these there are premium software available in market which will cost you anything around $40. But there are some activities which you can't just do with the native Windows disk utility tool and you need something advance to get these tasks done like making a backup of your OS by transferring it to an external SSD/HDD or simply recovering disk data.
